Built From Real Experience
PraxisLeasing started in early 2019 when two developers realized most IT leasing companies didn't actually understand the technical side. We'd both spent years building websites and dealing with hosting setups, but finding equipment leasing that made sense for tech professionals was surprisingly difficult.
So we built something different. Not a massive corporate structure with endless departments, but a focused team that actually gets what you're working on. We handle IT leasing for people who live in terminals and text editors, not boardrooms.
Based in Neu-Ulm, we work with development teams, design studios, and tech startups across Germany. The BaFin registration process took longer than we expected (bureaucracy never changes), but we've been officially registered since mid-2020.

How We Actually Work
No sales pitches or complicated approval processes. Just straightforward leasing that fits how tech teams actually operate.
Quick Equipment Assessment
Tell us what hardware you need. We review specs and usage requirements, usually within a few hours. If you're upgrading existing setups or starting fresh, we'll figure out what makes sense for your workflow.
Flexible Terms
Most leases run 24 to 36 months, but we can adjust based on your project timelines. Early 2025, we introduced shorter 18-month options for startups testing new tech stacks. Payment structures adapt to what you're building.
Direct Support Channel
When something comes up, you reach our team directly. No ticket systems or call centers. We're usually available weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00 CET, though response times can stretch during busy periods.
The People Running This
We keep the team intentionally small. Two core people handle most client interactions, with additional specialists we bring in for specific technical requirements.

Henrik Brandt
Technical Director
Spent eight years building e-commerce platforms before moving into equipment leasing. Handles most technical assessments and equipment specifications. Still codes on weekends, mostly Python and Go these days.

Oskar Reinhardt
Solutions Architect
Background in infrastructure and DevOps work. Manages client relationships and lease structuring. Previously worked at a hosting company in Munich, which taught him what tech teams actually need versus what sales teams think they need.

What Matters to Us
We don't have a formal mission statement printed on the wall. But after six years, certain principles consistently shape how we operate.
Technical honesty comes first. If a leasing arrangement doesn't make financial sense for your situation, we'll tell you. Sometimes buying outright is the smarter move, especially for stable, long-term setups. We'd rather lose a potential lease than set someone up with terms that don't fit their actual needs.
- Clear documentation without legal jargon that requires a translator
- Response times measured in hours, not days
- Equipment recommendations based on actual usage patterns
- Transparent pricing without hidden administrative fees
- Upgrade paths that make sense for evolving tech stacks
The German market has plenty of large leasing companies with extensive branch networks and massive equipment inventories. That's not what we built. We focus on smaller teams and individual developers who want straightforward arrangements without corporate overhead.
